Sheila Weisshardt

Sheila Weisshardt has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and has built an impressive career specialising in compliance, practice management, and crafting seamless workflow processes that keep client relationships ticking.

Sheila worked with one of Australia’s giants and a leading industry fund, where she spotted serious gaps in the delivery of financial advice.

This “Aha!” moment fuelled her return to the heart of financial planning, where she is laser-focused on helping clients navigate the ever-changing economic landscape.

Holding an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning and just two modules shy of her Graduate Diploma, Sheila brings expertise and dedication to every client interaction. Sheila believes financial advice is not a one-size-fits-all deal; it is far from it and goes against the ethical duties that she holds dear.

Sheila believes providing advice is a dynamic journey requiring flexible and tailored individual strategies.

Sheila’s passion lies in retirement planning and Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSFs), empowering her clients to achieve lasting financial security. Beyond dollars and cents, Sheila is a fierce advocate for gender equality, mental health awareness and education, and supporting women on their path to financial independence. When Sheila is not crunching numbers or devising strategic plans, she is likely tackling a long-distance charity walk.

From Oxfam to Coastrek, she’s no stranger to challenging trails. Her most recent feat was a 50-km trek from Cape Shank along the stunning Mornington peninsula.

Sociable and genuinely interested in celebrating others’ successes, you’ll often find Sheila unwinding with colleagues in the picturesque bayside haven of Albert Park. Professional yet approachable, Sheila is all about making financial advice accessible, inspiring, and empowering for everyone she meets.
